Our dishes are typically composed of lean proteins, wholesome grains, and seasonal vegetables.

ABOUT THE CHEF

Our culinary journey is guided by the expertise of our visionary chef Jack Kim, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), whose background spans the Michelin-starred JoJo by Jean‑Georges as well as other renowned establishments such as Nobu 57 and db bistro moderne.

This wealth of experience reflects our pursuit of excellence, and we bring that same commitment to every plate, crafting dishes that are as visually stunning as they are delectable.
